Responsibilities include: - Assist with new merchant integration activities.
- Assist with investigation and root cause resolution for FBA Merchant and Fulfillment Center issues.
- Assist with the definition and design of improvements to software (tools), creation of standard operating procedures and processes for Amazon's Fulfillment Center Operations, Technical Account Management for Merchants (TAM) and Customer Service (CS) associates.
Basic Qualifications: - Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize workloads, maintain a strong attention to detail, and work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
- A bias for action and an ability to deal with ambiguity. Can work effectively and drive change in loosely defined situations.
- Analytical and data gathering skills.
- Clear oral and written communication skills.
- Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
- Good English skill on both written and Oral
備注:接受2012年應(yīng)屆本科及研究生,但要保證12月底之前能全職實(shí)習(xí)。理工科專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
