二、招聘職位
（一）【Video Engineer 】
【Responsibilities】
1、Video codec algorithm design.
2、Implemention, optimization and integration of video codec based on ARM/DSP platform.
3、Documentation of work progress and results.
【Requirements】
1、MS in Electrical Engineering, Signal Processing, Computer Science or related major is required.
2、Good understanding of one of multimedia standards, such as Mpeg4, H.263, H.264, Real Video, VC-1, FLV, AVS.
3、Rich experiences of software implementation/optimization/integration on ARM/DSP or other embedded platform.
4、Familiar with RTOS and embedded software design are preferred.
（二）、【W(wǎng)ireless Protocol Stack Engineer】
【Responsibilities】
1、Wireless Protocol stack (IS95/CDMA 1x/1xEVDO/GSM/GPRS/WCDMA) development.
2、Wireless modem software development.
【Requirements】
1、MS, Communication Engineering, Computer Science or related major is required.
2、3 or more years experience in wireless communication; Communication Engineering, Computer Science or related major is required.
3、Knowledge in wireless protocol (IS95/CDMA 1x/EVDO/GSM/GPRS/WCDMA) fundamentals; Familiar with RTOS/embedded software development (design, coding, debug).
4、Good communication skills in both spoken and written English；Carefulness, patience, team work spirits.
（三）、【Image Signal Processing Engineer】
【Responsibilities】
1、Research and develop image signal processing algorithm, e.g. AE, AFC, AWB, Gamma-Correction, face/smile detection.
2、ISP system/architecture design and verification. 3、Documentation of work progress and results.
【Requirements】
1、MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Signal Processing, Computer Science or related major is required.
2、Strong background in image signal processing.
3、Project experience in ASIC/FPGA design or embedded system design are preferred. 4、Must be a team player and be able to work under schedule pressure.
