職位一:Office Administrator(Reception前臺)
Job Description
Key areas of responsibility:
-Assist to manage office daily operations to fulfill high efficiency operation and cost effective.
-Office safety control and security system management.
-Admin general service ( Reception)
-Office expenditure control and analysis to make sure the best benefit for the company
-OH&S representative
-Admin general service
Main job tasks:
Assist to manage daily operations for office to fulfill high efficiency operation and cost effective.
•Support line manager to implement the office operation standard and ensure its effectiveness.
•Communicate with key stakeholders periodically, identity the observations and follow up by action plan.
•Office facility routine preventive maintain management to ensure facilities operated in normal conditions.
•Manage vendors to ensure the best price with the best quality on office operations.
•Ensure the office operation is aligned with NN business ethic policy.
•As a liaison officer for other supporting department to give the good support to internal customers.
Office safety control and security system management.
•Daily management and control office safety to ensure the most safety working environment to the employees.
•As the first line to against any risks might occurred to the office/employee and handled/responds to the emergency case with NN emergency plan.
•Initiate office safety activities to enhance employee awareness of how to responds office risk.
•Cooperate with HQ Compliance/Legal department.
Office expenditure control and analysis to make sure the best benefit for the company
:
•Monthly analysis office related expenses and follow up by actions.
•Related vendor evaluation and bidding to ensure the best benefit to the company.
•Settled the related payment and compliance.
OH&S(Occupational Health & Safety) representative:
•Support line manager to implement OH&S standard and as a coordinator for OH&S implementation to Region China.
•Set up training for internal staff to enhance OHS awareness.
•Work place assessment and identify risks, handling all relevant health and safety issues.
Admin General Service:
•Meeting room management.
•Office storage management.
•Mail service.
•Hotel and travel service.
•Reception service.
Education:
-College degree or above
-Major on Admin management
-Fluency in both written & spoken English
-2 years of related Facility/Admin experience

工作內(nèi)容: 1. 篩選簡歷;
2.電話通知面試;
3.安排面試測評工具;
4.支持HR組內(nèi)的其他工作
要求: 1. 在校大學生,或是研究生;
2.一周能工作4天;
3.對HR領域工作感興趣
4. 溝通能力強,踏實,學習能力強。
