職位要求：

1.通信或電子工程專(zhuān)業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷

2.3年及以上IP或Solaris技術(shù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)

3.具有較強(qiáng)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊基礎(chǔ)

4.具備良好的團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神

5.較強(qiáng)的英語(yǔ)讀寫(xiě)能力

JobObjective:      

To be responsibleto provide professional customer support services to contracted customer.      

Responsibilities:      

1.To investigate,deliver remedy & restorations and produce solutions to problems reported bycustomers      

2.Work onproactive maintenance and support.      

3.To provideon-site support service to customers.      

4.To develop anddesign methods, tools and scripts within a defined framework and in accordanceto customer requirements.      

5.To plan, designand optimize the network based on the customers’ requirements on the technicalfunctionality      

Qualifications& Requirements:      

1.Master Degree offirst level University, major in Software design, Telecommunications, Softwareengineering or Electronics etc.        

2.Fluent inEnglish/Chinese speaking and excellent in English/Chinese writing      

3.Well organizedand have structure thinking      

4.Initiative andpositive personal personality
