一、關(guān)于我們 Who we are
NEO是一個(gè)非盈利的社區(qū)化的區(qū)塊鏈項(xiàng)目由達(dá)鴻飛和張錚文創(chuàng)辦，是利用區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)和數(shù)字身份進(jìn)行資產(chǎn)數(shù)字化，利用智能合約對數(shù)字資產(chǎn)進(jìn)行自動化管理，實(shí)現(xiàn)“智能經(jīng)濟(jì)”的一種分布式網(wǎng)絡(luò)。
NEO is a non-profit community-driven blockchain project founded by DA Hongfei and Erik Zhang. NEO is the use of blockchain technology and digital identity to digitize assets, the use of smart contracts for digital assets to be self-managed, to achieve "smart economy" with a distributed network.
NEO于2014年正式立項(xiàng)，2015年6月在Github上實(shí)時(shí)開源。我們相信，科技是這個(gè)時(shí)代變遷的原動力，在這股動力的推動下，我們將邁入新的“智能經(jīng)濟(jì)”時(shí)代。
NEO was founded in 2014 and has been open-source on GitHub in June 2015. We believe technology drives progress and together we can create the future. Motivated by this, NEO has been created to shift our traditional economy into the new era of the Smart Economy.
二、職位描述 What you will do
• 與業(yè)務(wù)管理相互協(xié)調(diào)以確定研究目標(biāo)
• 根據(jù)項(xiàng)目簡報(bào)工作并提供頻繁的項(xiàng)目更新
• 開發(fā)和指導(dǎo)給定的研究任務(wù)
• 制定行動計(jì)劃并設(shè)定項(xiàng)目目標(biāo)并將其完成
• 根據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需要對預(yù)期的主題進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的研究
• 制定有效且有效率的研究過程
• 識別市場趨勢和模式
• 針對具體研究要求設(shè)計(jì)問卷調(diào)查、民意調(diào)查等
• 測試研究方法以確認(rèn)評估的預(yù)期目的
• 進(jìn)行實(shí)地調(diào)查、訪談、實(shí)驗(yàn)、概念測試等收集數(shù)據(jù)
• 利用各種專業(yè)資源查找和提取相關(guān)信息
• 對選定的資源和當(dāng)前市場數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行評估分析
• 組織和維護(hù)研究數(shù)據(jù)庫
• 定期自我審核工作并檢查數(shù)據(jù)的錯(cuò)誤和不一致
• 在圖表、圖表、模型和圖表中編譯和組織發(fā)現(xiàn)結(jié)果
• 向管理層和客戶提供文件、報(bào)告和研究結(jié)果
• Coordinate with business management to determine research objectives
• Work in accordance to project brief and deliver frequent project updates
• Develop and direct given research assignments
• Create a plan of action and set project goals and manage them to completion
• Conduct detailed research of intended subject matter according to business needs
• Formulate effective and efficient research processes
• Identify market trends and patterns
• Design questionnaires, polls etc. for specific research requirements
• Test research methodologies to confirm intended purpose of evaluation
• Perform fieldwork, interviews, experiments, concept-test, etc. to gather data
• Utilize various professional sources to find and extract pertinent information
• Perform evaluative analysis of selected resources and current market data
• Organize and maintain research databases
• Frequently self-audit work and check data for errors and inconsistencies
• Compile and organize findings in graphs, charts, mock-ups, and diagrams
• Document, report, and present research findings to management and clients
三、崗位職能要求 Your skills and experience
• 高等院校研究、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)或相關(guān)領(lǐng)域?qū)I(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷
• 在研究領(lǐng)域有廣泛和成熟的經(jīng)驗(yàn)
• 了解各種研究和測試方法
• 熟練使用微軟套件
• 深入了解區(qū)塊鏈領(lǐng)域
• 較強(qiáng)的數(shù)學(xué)和統(tǒng)計(jì)技能
• 隨時(shí)進(jìn)行客觀和倫理研究
• 口頭和書面的有效溝通者
• 實(shí)習(xí)時(shí)長滿足3個(gè)月及以上，一周可工作4天
• 實(shí)習(xí)期滿表現(xiàn)優(yōu)異者可留用
• 工資每天200元起
• Bachelor’s degree in research, economics or related field required from China‘s universities
• Extensive and proven experience in field of research
• Knowledgeable in various research and testing methodologies
• Proficient using Microsoft Suite
• In-depth knowledge of blockchain
• Strong math and statistical skills
• Performs objective and ethical research at all times
• Effective communicator both orally and written
• Be able to work 4 days a week for at least 3 months
• You will be offered a full-time position if standing out from the team.
• Salary: 200 RMB or above per day
