Work very closely with Associate to source for candidates and keep information in database for every assignment. 2. Prepare candidate profile 3. Ensure thoroughness and consistency in candidate presentation. 4. Organize assignment files 5. Organize research library and newspaper cutting 6. Maintain and update candidate and company file and input database. 7. Develop new ideas/resources and make use of technology (computer skills, internet, etc) to enhance search efficiency. 8. Assist in coordinating with clients and candidates to ensure effective communication .
