職位描述：
協(xié)同亞馬遜數(shù)據(jù)中心運(yùn)維工程師，負(fù)責(zé)數(shù)據(jù)中心內(nèi)的服務(wù)器設(shè)備和網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備的安裝、配置和維修；負(fù)責(zé)數(shù)據(jù)中心擴(kuò)展項(xiàng)目、創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目、軟件開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目的實(shí)施、管理。
職責(zé)：(在正式員工指導(dǎo)下，負(fù)責(zé)包括但不限于以下工作)
• 負(fù)責(zé)數(shù)據(jù)中心IT設(shè)備的正常運(yùn)行；
• X86架構(gòu)服務(wù)器和網(wǎng)絡(luò)服設(shè)備硬件維護(hù)，包括硬件問(wèn)題診斷，部件更換等;
• Linux 服務(wù)器系統(tǒng)維護(hù)，包括日志查看、分析，腳本運(yùn)行，固件升級(jí)等;
• 網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備系統(tǒng)維護(hù)，配置文件的安裝、升級(jí);
• 在SLA 內(nèi)完成急事件響應(yīng)、調(diào)查和恢復(fù)， 如核心網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備故障、服務(wù)器機(jī)柜宕機(jī)；
• 及時(shí)響應(yīng)全球其他團(tuán)隊(duì)的服務(wù)請(qǐng)求，與全球團(tuán)隊(duì)溝通合作，完成如設(shè)備升級(jí)，故障分析、排除等工作 ；
• 新機(jī)柜的接收、安裝、調(diào)試， 完成機(jī)柜的網(wǎng)絡(luò)和電力連接;
• 舊機(jī)柜的退役，存儲(chǔ)媒介的消磁銷毀處理;
• 負(fù)責(zé)新機(jī)房的驗(yàn)收、機(jī)房?jī)?nèi)基礎(chǔ)網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)和工具部署規(guī)劃;
• Python，Java，Ruby等開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目， 依據(jù)各團(tuán)隊(duì)需求，開(kāi)發(fā)相應(yīng)腳本，應(yīng)用程序等;
• 使用AWS 產(chǎn)品，例如Lambda，S3，SQS，SNS，DynamoDB等，構(gòu)建自動(dòng)化運(yùn)維系統(tǒng);
• 研究技術(shù)材料，與全球服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)交流探討，撰寫(xiě)相關(guān)技術(shù)文檔，并進(jìn)行培訓(xùn);
• 工作流程優(yōu)化，使用Kaizen管理概念，對(duì)現(xiàn)有工作流程進(jìn)行分析、優(yōu)化，提升工作效率;
• 不斷創(chuàng)新，提出改善工作中痛點(diǎn)的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)，并以項(xiàng)目方式實(shí)施;
• 提供卓越的客戶服務(wù)和滿意度。
Job Description:
Under the shadow of Amazon engineers, be responsible for Data Center Operations within an Amazon Data Center including server and network devices installation, configuration and maintenance. Responsible for the implementation and management of data center expansion build projects, innovation projects, software development projects, etc.
Responsibilities including but not limited to:
· Responsible for the IT devices operation in the data center;
· Hardware maintenance of x86 architecture server and network device, including hardware diagnosis, parts replacement, etc
· Linux server system maintenance, including log analysis, run script, firmware upgrade, etc
· Network device system maintenance, install and upgrade the configuration files,
· Response, investigation and recovery in SLA for emergency case such as core network device failure, rack down, and
· Timely respond to the requests of global teams, communicate and cooperate with the global team complete work as device upgrading, error analysis, troubleshooting, etc.
· New rack receiving, installation and build, network and power source connection.
· Old rack decommission, media degaussing and destruction.
· Check and accept the data center expansion building, build the basic network and tools management.
· Python, Java, Ruby development projects, develop script and app according to team requirement.
· Develop automation tools by using AWS products as Lambda, S3, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, etc.
· Documents researching, technical discussion with global team, delivery knowledge sharing.
· Process optimization, handle Kaizen projects to analyze and optimize the existing process to improve work efficiency.
· Keep innovate, raise good idea to improve the pain point, and implement the idea as a project.
· Delivery of exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• CET-4（大學(xué)英語(yǔ)水平）或以上
• 2021年畢業(yè)
• 本科及以上
• 通信、計(jì)算機(jī)、軟件工程、電子信息等專業(yè)

· CET-4(College English level) or above
· Graduate at 2021
· Undergraduate and above
· Major in computer, telecommunication, software engineering and electronic information, etc.
